Previously I posted about How To Increase Affiliate Sales With Tutorials, you might want to read it. Now using coupon codes for the same purpose. I am glad there is a thing called a coupon code, because it’s helping increasing affiliate sale.

But I never realized before that coupon codes can make a significant help, but then I understand that’s a natural wish as all purchasers tend to get cheaper prices for products they want to purchase.

Generally all merchants offer coupon code, by using the code when purchasing products the purchasers will get good discounts. Offering coupon code is a popular technique to increases sales and merchants are recommending their affiliaters to use them in marketing their products to lure potential buyers.

Once I asked my friend do you use coupon code to purchase anything online? He immediately answered, before I purchase anything on the net I firstly search for the coupon code of it so I will get cheaper price.

It’s truly understandable as people by nature love something cheaper.

Since then I never miss to post coupon codes of products I am selling on my blogs, I write on them monthly & give specific description on my post title such as Godaddy Coupon Code For August 2009 and sometimes I give more descriptive headline such as $20 NameCheap discount For March 2009…so on.

By writing monthly coupon codes I will get visitors from Google & other search engines that searching for discount, (surely after you dressed the posts up with SEO Techniques you own to rank well in SERP) they will likely purchase using my affiliate links if they find the coupon codes work!

So why don’t you do the same as I do to increase affiliate sales?

This is what I do to increase affiliate sales, I rarely use banners to market the products I am affiliated with.

Because based on my own experiences people tend to read rather than click the commercial banners, especially on the sidebar and header, unless you locate them within the post area.

Therefore I provide them useful words to read to help them make a decision. It’s not just about reviewing the products & its pros & cons stuff, it’s more technical on how to use the product to get most of its performance.

This way will help them convinced that the product is worth buying and might also be answering their doubts about the ability of the product. The most important is to help them if they finally decide to buy it.

So what I write?

I write series of tutorials as to how to use the product or to get it out of its default.

Yes that’s what I’m doing to increase affiliate sales, actually this one just another awesome techniques I use besides informing the coupon codes of the products (read how to increase affiliate sale with coupon codes), spreading the latest news of the products such as the newest version, offering personal assistance…etc, I will post all techniques I use in the future, may be they will help you increasing your affiliate sale.

With the tutorials I provide, people will understand deeper about what we sell & we are convincing them indirectly. For example, if I sell thesis theme thus I will write tutorials about anything that can be used to improve Thesis performance.

Such as: How to display Adsense inside Thesis single page, displaying post author beneath every post and so on.

In summary of applying this tips will be:

• Raising people interest of the products
• Answering doubts of the product’s ability
• Assisting people to improve their usage of the products using my tutorials.

And another benefit I have for writing a series of posts about the product my pages will likely appear many times on Search Engine such as Google, when people looking for information related to product, of course by the aid of SEO and SEO Techniques I use.

The most important thing I keep in mind is to be honest, I won’t tell something that the product has no ability to, & before I decide to market the product I will be sure to study it. That’s one of the make money online tips I do to increase affiliate sale. And I found that providing tutorials really helpful.
